Overview
WCS is a growing company that provides mission-critical
IT products and services to the financial trading community.
We specialize in voice trading and enterprise telephony
as well as voice recording. Typical customers include:
banks, securities brokers/dealers, hedge funds and asset
managers.
We are seeking candidates who can become part of our
Technical Services Group. This team is the backbone of
the company providing design, engineering and technical
presentation of solutions to prospective customers in
the pre-sales phase and project management, installation,
service and support once customers purchase the solutions.
In this role the candidate will have day-to-day responsibility
for completing tasks associated with any of these activities.
WCS relies on field service engineers to be reliable,
diligent and thorough in their work in order to maintain
the highest level of customer satisfaction and distinguish
us from competitors. Field service engineers must be
able to competently program, install, troubleshoot, escalate
unresolved system problems and document tasks associated
with our solutions. They must be able to work closely
with customers and to communicate clearly the status
of projects or problems and the timeline for completion
or resolution.
Field service engineers will work closely with the
project management and operations team to provide responsive
service to our customers.
