US Headquarters Installs Secure, Open Architecture, Voice Recording Solution for Both General Office and Trading Floor Needs

The 800-channel multi-media recording system, which displaced a proprietary legacy system from Nice Systems, records, stores and archives all voice communications from the company’s midtown Manhattan offices including both the trading floor and general offices.
