The Eclipse System

The Smart Device for Traders Compact Configurability and Mobility

The Eclipse System (Cloud and Premise-based) from Wesley Clover Solutions provides traders with a purpose-built, mobile trading turret and smart phone in one device. The stand-alone Eclipse IP Series command module combines the functionality of traditional turret systems, the ease of use of desktop phones, and the latest touch screen technologies into one stream-lined, cost-effective package.

It is the core component of the Eclipse IP Series Desktop, the only platform that supports office/trading, command and control, and emergency services communications requirements in one integrated system.

It is available in single or dual handset configurations with 16 speaker channels. The device supports both hard keys and a touch screen, with a 5-megapixel camera for video, PC, and video conferencing applications.

The Eclipse Command Module is configurable to support several different trader arrangements:

The command module offers 1 or 2 handsets, a camera and speaker, 16 speaker channels, 48/96 programmable physical/touch-screen keys for private lines, broker lines, speed dials, conferencing and intercom. Platform features include barge-in, overflow call coverage, call history per line and call recording.

These features can be extended across 1 or 2 additional key modules for a total of 960 programmable touchscreen and hard-key functions.

If a user requires expanded line coverage, a Command module with one key module configuration is only 9”h x 12” w, and is also compact and light enough to fold, take on the road, and plug & play.
Soft Turret
The soft-turret allows traders to log-in from their PC or laptop and use the same profile, circuits, speakers, etc. as on their Eclipse command module and key module.

Global Maintenance and Service Lifecycle

  1. At the time of trouble, the Client should contact the WCS Service Desk
  2. As WCS receives a trouble call, service tech will remotely service your system immediately
  3. If component(s) need to be fixed or replaced, WCS will dispatch a field technician
  4. WCS provides support world-wide, including Mitel or Mitel channel partners when outside WCS’ direct support area
